Girls in Season

Wow, it's been a long time since I've posted anything here.  We've had a whole bunch of changes in the past few months - but that's a topic for a different post.  For today, we're going to talk about girls being in season.  For those of you waiting for a Crispin puppy, that's good news.  We'd expect to breed her sometime in the next couple of weeks, but we'll keep you posted here.  For us, it means walking dogs in two different groups, making sure there are multiple doors between the girls and the boys and listening to the lovelorn cries of the boys.  In other words, it's a pain!
